Chief Executive Officer
Will has over three decades of dedicated involvement in the dynamic realm of medical devices and brings a wealth of experience that encompasses a successful and diverse 15-year tenure in the Chief Executive Officer role for several innovative start-up ventures. Will's proficiency extends across a spectrum of pivotal domains, including strategic market positioning, adept fundraising initiatives, impactful marketing and sales strategies, comprehensive design and development oversight, intricate understanding of reimbursement and market access dynamics, and a proven track record in steering regulatory approval processes. Furthermore, Will's expertise extends to successful market penetration strategies in both the United States and international markets, demonstrating a commitment to driving impactful advancements in the medical device industry.
John D Adams Jr, MD
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Adams is a native of Jackson and joined Mississippi Urology Clinic in 2008. He received his bachelor of arts degree from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, VA. Dr.Adams received his medical degree from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine and completed his general surgery internship and residency in urology at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Prior to joining Urolution Medical, he invented two urology based medical devices, "Continuous Bladder Irrigation Alarm" US 13/601, 315 and "Retention Drainage Catheter" US 14/272, 270. Dr Adams was the Primary Investigator for Promaxo, Inc., Oakland, CA for their Single Sided Ultra Low Field MRI that received FDA 510k approval in 2021. He has also advised Noah Medical and supported Titan Medical in their respective pursuits in the Robotic Surgery space.Dr. Adams is a member of the American Urological Association, Mississippi State Medical Association, and Central Medical Association. Dr. Adams’ hospital privileges include Baptist Medical Center, River Oaks Hospital, and Woman’s Hospital. Dr. Adams is certified by the American Board of Urology.
